Rosa Bud's Terms and Conditions

All our sizes are approximate.

Many of our products are handmade or hand finished so two similar items may not be identical.

Handmade Products Some of our handmade products show signs that they have been finished by hand such as visible stitches, this is not a fault but if you are not happy with the finished product we will try and find a replacement.

Payments we have two methods of payment Cheque and PayPal If you chose to pay by check orders will not be posted until cheque's have cleared our banking system usually within 5 working days. Shipments paid by PayPal Checkout will be posted the next working day.

Goods ordered by cheque will be saved for 5 working days and removed from our database. If we have not received payment within this time the items will be put back on our availability list.

Returns All return products must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase in the same condition they were delivered. You will be responsible for the postal costs to return to Rosa Bud, no refunds will be given until we have received the return product in the expected condition. If there are signs that the product has been misused or soiled no refunds will be given.

Refunds Will be paid out after we have received the returned goods in the same conditions they were sent to you. Refunds will be by cheque only.
